Her Charged Attack (performing a Claymore spin with final blow damage) is similar, but her plunging damage is slightly lower. Regardless of Elemental abilities, weapons, and Artifacts, Eula’s Normal Attack DPS is even better than Diluc’s. Snow-Tombed Starsilver can be obtained by crafting at any blacksmith once the player unlocks the recipe from the Dragonspine Quests.Eula’s Normal Attack is an unusually fast series of Claymore strikes. The Passive of the weapon has a 60% chance to drop an AoE on opponents when hit by a normal or charged attack, dealing 80% of the characters ATK as damage (or 200% if the opponent is affected by Cryo) this can only occur once every 10 seconds.Įula's Teams focus on using superconduct to shred physical resistance, meaning enemies will often be affected by Cryo, allowing her to get the most out of the passive while also benefiting from its useful Physical DMG Bonus sub-stat. This stacks up to 5 times (30% damage bonus, 15% damage taken increase) but will be reduced to 1 stack if the character takes damage. The passive grants a 6% damage bonus every 4 seconds the character is on the field while also increasing their damage taken by 3%.
